If you're visiting the Gran
Canaria,
Tenerife, Lanzarote or Fuerteventura and don't have airport transfers
included in your booking, here's a nicer option to consider rather than
queuing for a cab or trying to figure out the bus service. Maybe you
have a coach transfer included but would rather arrive anything up to
and over an hour quicker and in a bit more style?
Have a rep/driver waiting for
you inside the
airport to greet you as you arrive then help you to a private car/coach
waiting close by. Not only will you arrive at the resort in more
confort and less time but in some cases for a price generally that of a
regular
taxi* (in Gran Canaria our service is actually more economical than the
public taxi service).
On Tenerife we also have a
shared/shuttle
service available every day, all year round with instant confirmation and offer a shared/shuttle
service for Gran Canaria every day of the week subject to availability - Lanzarote on Thursdays and Sundays - Fuerteventura on
Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The wait in the airport for other passengers is around 20 minutes
(never more than 40 minutes) and transport is usually by minibus with a
handful of stops, perhaps 2 or 3 and maybe you're the first?

How it Works
On arrival at the airport, the
driver or
our representative will be waiting as you enter the arrivals hall,
holding a placard saying canaryforum.com.
He'll help you with luggage, take you to your car/coach (avoiding any
queue for taxis outside) and drive you to your destination at the
prices quoted, no hidden extras! If there's a delay to your flight, the
driver will wait/arrive accordingly at no extra charge.
Upon departure from your
apartment, the
driver will come to meet you by the main entrance to the accommodation
where you are staying, at a time agreed with you then drive you to the
departures level of the airport, again at the prices quoted, no hidden
extras! You'll be sent a detailed confirmation voucher which also
explains how everything works when you arrive and for departure (if
departure required), along with contact phone numbers for your peace of
mind. Once you submit a BOOKING
FORM you'll receive the confirmation voucher in a matter of
minutes.
F A Q
How
does the shuttle / shared service work?
We need to know your booking requirements now and in advance then 7
days prior to travel we confirm if a shared minibus service is
available and send you the price and confirmation. Arrivals into
Tenerife south are guaranteed a shuttle service and receive instant
confirmation.

How
much notice do you need for all services?
24 hours or more notice is enough to book the service. For less than 24
hours call us during office hours on 0871 733 3137 (International 00 34
928 760 386).
How / when do we pay?
For bookings of 15 people or less, pay direct to
your
driver once you arrive in the resort. If you prefer you can also prepay
with a credit card at no additional charge.
Can I book a return transfer too? Is there a
discount for booking 2 ways?
Yes you can book a return service -
confirm
that now when you book your arrival. There' s no discount unfortunately
for booking a 2 ways.
Do you have vehicles adapted for travellers with disabilities?
Yes, we have minibuses with ramps and
electronic lifts. You can remain in the wheelchair throughout the
journey with us thanks to special ramps, lifts and attachments inside
the bus which we use to fix the chair or scooter in place.
We're a small/large group or a big family,
can we travel together with you?
Yes, as well as saloon cars there are small and
large
coaches so groups of up to 54 people can book to travel together in one
vehicle.
Do you have child seats?
For Gran Canaria - Yes, baby seats and
child
seats are €3 extra per journey; also the Renault Espacio has a
regular seat fitted with a special seatbelt adjustable for a child.
Child seats can be requested (via comments box) for Tenerife but can't
be confirmed until the actual day of travel. Child seats aren't
possible for Lanzarote or Fuerteventura.
Do you work with travel agents and private
companies?
Yes, if you're sending clients to Gran Canaria
on a regular basis and need a service such as this, contact us
and let us know! We offer net or commisionable rates. We also provide a
registered Spanish/English speaking holiday representative service.
We have lots of luggage, will there be
plenty of space?
Gran Canaria and Lanzarote
transfers are
often/mainly provided by private saloon cars so please be sure to let
us know if you have extra large baggage or lots of luggage so we can
make arrangements with you for a suitably sized vehicle. You can do
this in the comments box of the booking form. Tenerife and
Fuerteventura, most of our transfers are in small minibuses so large
bags not a problem but again, do let us know if you're bringing special
equipment such as a bike, surf board, golf clubs .... as there may be
an additional charge.

* For Teneirfe South to Costa
del Silencio and Golf del Sur, whilst we offer private services for 1-4
people the public taxi service is considerably cheaper for these two
destinations.
